What’s on your schedule
Your upcoming entries, based on the routine you enter. A scheduled date is not a confirmation that you took anything.
Made for women. Made for real life.
A personal routine journal for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Keep your existing clinician-directed GLP-1, peptide, or prescribed injection routine alongside energy, symptoms, and optional weight check-ins.
For iPhone · Free to download · No account required
Your clinician guides your care. You keep the record.
A note for my next appointment…“Bring my routine history.”
01 / A record, not a recommendation
A scheduled entry and an actual log are two different things. Keep both clear, without letting a calendar speak for you.
Your upcoming entries, based on the routine you enter. A scheduled date is not a confirmation that you took anything.
Confirm the actual time, amount, and optional injection site. Backdate, correct, or undo a record when you need to.
Illustrative records only. The app does not decide whether you should take a dose. Follow your clinician’s instructions.
02 / Room for real life
Practical details, kept together. The plan stays yours and your clinician’s.
Enter your own routine name and units. No concentration guessing. No silent unit conversions.
Choose daily, weekday, or interval schedules. Preview upcoming dates, then pause, skip, or reschedule individual occurrences to reflect your clinician’s instructions.
Keep active and unopened containers organized. Inventory estimates change only when you confirm a record, not because a date appears on the calendar.
03 / The details around your day
A routine log tells one part of the story. Optional weight, energy, symptoms, and notes give your observations a place alongside it.
Look back through your history or bring your records to a conversation with your clinician. Export as CSV with Free, or create a PDF summary with Pro.

Subscription termsA few things to know
A journal, not a judgment.
And never a substitute for your clinician.
It’s a personal routine journal for adult women, especially women navigating perimenopause and menopause who already follow a clinician-directed GLP-1, peptide, or prescribed injection routine. It is not a menopause treatment, a prescribing service, or medical care. The app is for iPhone and requires iOS 17 or later.
Planned entries reflect the schedule you enter. Recorded entries reflect what you confirm actually happened, with the actual time, amount, and optional injection site. A scheduled entry does not automatically become a record. You can backdate, correct, or undo records. The app does not tell you whether to take a dose.
No account is required, and logging works offline. If you choose optional cloud sync, it keeps an account-backed copy of your information. App locking and discreet reminders are also available. See the developer’s privacy policy for the app’s data practices.
Free includes one active routine, reminders, logging, history, and CSV export. Pro adds multiple active routines, dated phases, planned breaks, and PDF summaries. Pro is available through monthly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions. The purchase screen shows localized prices. Manage or cancel through your Apple account. Existing records and basic export remain accessible if Pro expires.
Coach selects practical record-review and appointment-preparation suggestions based only on logging counts. It is not a medical AI advisor. AI requires a supported iPhone, iOS 26, Apple Intelligence enabled, and its model downloaded in a supported language and region. All suggestions are also browsable without AI.
No. Her Peptide Tracker does not diagnose, recommend compounds or doses, suggest treatment changes or catch-up doses, or assess treatment safety or effectiveness. Follow your clinician’s instructions. Questions about a dose, a symptom, or your treatment belong with your clinician, not the app.
